Underwater

Underwater or U/W is a term describing the area below the surface of water.

Many activities are conducted underwater, whether for recreation such as scuba diving, or for other purposes, such as underwater warfare. The deepest location underwater (and in the entire world, in fact) is the Challenger Deep located in the Mariana Trench.
