Abrahamic God

The three so-called Abrahamic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam have in common many beliefs about God. The term "Abrahamic God" is a convenient shorthand for "God as believed in by the Abrahamic religions".

The Abrahamic religions are more or less agreed on the following points.

• There is one God; no more, no less.
• God is infinitely powerful and perfectly good.
• God created our universe and continues to interact with it, and especially with the human race.
