Andersen Worldwide was the corporation that managed Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture). Andersen Worldwide split Andersen Consulting in January 2002. Andersen Consulting changed it's name to Accenture to get away from the bad press and media with the Arthur Andersen name.
