Bandstand

A bandstand is a circular construction in a park, gardens or on a pier which is designed for outdoor concerts by military and brass bands. Most bandstands in the United Kingdom are of Victorian origin. The structure lent its name to a popular 1950s United States television show, American Bandstand.
