Bob Brinker

Bob Brinker is the host of the radio program Moneytalk, which has been on the air since 1982. He provides financial advice in a newsletter called Marketimer.

Brinker is known for two famous stock market timing calls or predictions. In January of 2000, near the all time high of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Brinker suggested investers dramatically decrease their stock market exposure. Later, in the spring of 2003, Brinker suggested to his listeners and readers of this news letter, that it was time to get back in. This was within a few percent of the post-bubble lows.
