Bollinger bands

Bollinger Bands is a technical analysis tool invented by John Bollinger in the 1980s.

Bollinger Bands is defined as:

Middle Band = N-period Simple Moving Average

Upper Band = Middle Band + K * N-period Standard Deviation

Lower Band = Middle Band - K * N-period Standard Deviation

Typical values for K and N are 20 and 2, respectively.
