Category:Heuristics

Heuristic is the art and science of discovery and invention. A heuristic for a given problem is a way of directing attention fruitfully to a solution.

Modern heuristics is defined as... "Of, relating to, or constituting an educational method in which learning takes place through discoveries that result from investigations made by the student."

In business we call it trial and error. A mostly unconscious journey from one event to another, picking up pieces of knowledge and experience both positive and negative.
