Company

A company in the broadest sense is an aggregation of people who stay together for a common purpose. Such usage includes people assembled

• for commercial or judicial purposes, organised as a type of business organization. See company (law) or the term corporation which may have the same meaning, depending on the jurisdiction.
• for military purposes. See company (military unit).
• as the officers and crew, collectively, of a ship.
• as firefighters stationed in one location[1], or even more specifically, firefighters associated with a single fire engine[2].

Company is also the name of several creative works:
