Dorian Yates

Dorian Yates (born April 19th 1962, Sutton Coldfield, England), bodybuilder.

He won the Mr. Olympia title six times between 1992-1997, and is by far Britain's most successful professional bodybuilder to date. He released a workout video in 1996, Blood and Guts. It featured a typical week's weight training for Dorian.

He weighed in at around 250lbs for the Mr. Olympia contests, in the off-season he weighed around 280lbs.

He then went on to own Temple Gym in Birmingham, and endorses bodybuilding supplements.
