Getting Along Famously

Getting Along Famously is a Canadian sitcom pilot, which aired January 10, 2005 on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Set in the early '60s, Getting Along Famously is a one-hour comedy pilot featuring real-life couple Colin Mochrie and Debra McGrath as the temperamental darlings of CBC variety television, with Robin Duke , Bob Martin and Patrick McKenna.

It was one of three sitcom pilots aired by the CBC, along with Walter Ego and Hatching, Matching and Dispatching, as a viewer response poll. Pilots that poll favourably will be developed into full series. The CBC previously employed this strategy with the shows Rideau Hall: The TV Series and An American in Canada.

Getting Along Famously has been picked up for at least another 6 episodes that are to air in the 2005/2006 Television season.
