Graphic character

A graphic character in the ASCII code, is a character other than an alphanumeric character, intended to be written, printed, or otherwise displayed in a form that can be read by humans.

Graphic characters are contained in rows 2 through 7 of the ASCII code table. The space and delete characters are considered to be graphic characters.
