Groupset

A groupset is a bicycle component manufacturer's organized collection of mechanical parts. A groupset typically includes everything but the bicycle frame, fork, saddle, rims, spokes, tyres, inner tubes, and pedals. Manufacturers will commonly offer several groupsets, each targeted at a different budget or use.

Many cyclists consider the term "groupset" redundant, and prefer "group" or sometimes "gruppo."
