Jim Davidson (born Cameron James Davidson, December 13, 1953) is an actor and comedian. He was born in London. Despite his long-term success, Davidson's present image is that of an unsophisticated and politically incorrect stand-up who appeals to the lowest common denominator in his audience. In October 2003 he was criticised by disability rights groups for cancelling a show after objecting to the presence of wheelchair users among his audience[1]. He recently emigrated to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, but has threatened to return to the UK if the Conservatives win the next election.
