Lash are an alternative/punk rock band from Perth, Australia. They have had their first 2 singles reaching the top 40 Australian ARIAnet Singles Chart in 2001 (Take Me Away and Beauty Queen), and also a third single making the top 100 in 2002 (Don't Ever Make My Mind Up). Their debut album with these 3 singles is The Beautiful and The Damned, which also made the top 50 ARIAnet Albums Chart in 2002. Their song Beauty Queen was also featured on the Freaky Friday soundtrack in 2003.
