Mbarara

Mbarara is a town in Uganda, and the commercial centre of Mbarara District . It is located about 266km from Kampala on the road to Kabale .

In April, 2005, the municipal council began laying down tarmac on the 2.4km Victor Bwana road, to make it the fifth street in the town. The others are Mbarara High Street, Mbaguta Street, Bishop Wills Street and Bucuku Street.
