Miranda Otto (born December 16, 1967 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia) is an Australian actress who has worked mainly in film. She is the daughter of Australian actor Barry Otto . She is best known for playing Éowyn in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy.
