Session

A session is a gathering. A court or other assembly is said to be in session when it convenes.

Session can also have one of the following meanings:

• Session (computer science)
• Music session
• Irish traditional music session
• Jam session
• Court of Session, the supreme civil court of Scotland.
• Parliamentary session
