talkSPORT is a British commercial radio station. It has been known by its current name since January 2000, but was previously known as Talk Radio and before that Talk Radio UK from its launch in 14 February 1995. It broadcasts as an AM station on the 1053 kHz and 1089 kHz frequencies, as an audio only digital terrestrial television station on Freeview channel 94 and as a digital radio station on the Digital 1 national multiplex.

October 1995 relaunch
