Twisted Tales of Felix the CatTwisted Tales of Felix the Cat is an animated series starring the classic animated character Felix the Cat, produced for television by Film Roman Productions from 1995 to 1997, and broadcast on CBS. It was not the first Felix the Cat series produced for television; that title is claimed by one done in 1958 by Otto Messmer's former assistant, Joe Oriolo. Joe's son, Don Oriolo, also became part of the effort, and was involved in creation of this series as well. This one is a somewhat bizarre take on Messmer's classic, with loud colours and offbeat character depictions. The producer of this series was Timothy Berglund, and the principal writer was Bob Koch. It is reputed to have been one of the most expensive cartoons ever made by Film Roman. A number of the episodes have been released on video by BMG Video . 1995-96 Episode titles
