The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington is the Federal district court whose jurisdiction is comprised of the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima.. It has jurisdiction over the cities of Richland, Spokane, and Yakima.
