The University of South Dakota is a public university in South Dakota, founded in 1862. It is located in Vermillion, South Dakota.

Athletics

South Dakota's athletic teams are known as the Coyotes, and the school colors are vermillion red & white. USD competes at the NCAA Division II level, and are members of the North Central Conference for all sports.
