Vithalbhai Patel

Vithalbhai Patel was the elder brother of Vallabhabhai Patel , the first home minister of India. Vithalbhai was also a great freedom fighter.

Vithalbhai Patel is famously known for his influence on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. He is believed to have influenced Netaji during his 3 year visit to Vienna during 1932. He is known to have aroused Netaji to use the other Asian countries under the influence of British occupancy and have a united front to counter British Raj.

Vithalbhai Patel is believed to have to left his property to Netaji to be used for the spreading of India message abroad after his death. He had died in 1936 and Netaji returned to India shortly after that.
