WJWB is the Warner Brothers network affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida.
The station signed on the air as WJKS and as an ABC affliate in 1966. In 1980 WJKS and WTLV switched networks with WTLV taking the ABC network and WJKS getting the NBC network. This lasted until 1988 when WJKS and WTLV switched back to their orginal network affliations.
In 1997 WJKS lost the ABC network to WBSG and then upstart WJXX (both stations would simulcast the ABC network from 1997 until 2000) WJKS switched to the WB network and changed its call letters to WJWB.
Today WJWB ranks as the highest rated and top WB affliates in the country.
WJWB is owned by the Media General Broadcast Group.
