                      <p><b>WRAS</b> <a href="a/../FM">FM</a> ("<b>Album 88</b>") is a <a href="a/../College_radio">college radio</a> <a href="a/../Radio_station">station</a> in <a href="a/../Atlanta">Atlanta</a> with a <a href="a/../Frequency">frequency</a> of 88.5<a href="a/../MHz">MHz</a>, operating since 1971.  It is owned and operated by the <a href="a/../Student">students</a> of <a href="a/../Georgia_State_University">Georgia State University</a>, and has the highest power (100,000 <a href="a/../Watt">watts</a> <a href="a/../Effective_radiated_power">ERP</a>) of any college radio station in the nation.  The name is from its days as an album rock  station.
